Policy
We want you to love every product you purchase from us.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your retail purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.
- The packaging must be undamaged and suitable for resale.
Please note:
- Crystals, including ornamental stones, pendulums, and crystal jewellery (necklaces, bracelets, etc.), are non-returnable.
- We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products, unless the item is faulty.
- Returns for change of mind are accepted at our discretion and must meet the conditions above.
If you believe a product is faulty or has caused a reaction, please contact us directly so we can assist you further.

Cancellation Policy
At Indulge Beauty Therapy we value your time and understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
To ensure the best possible service for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your online booking. The deposit you make will go towards your payment total on the day.
- If your cancellation is made with more than 24 hours notice, your deposit is transferred into a credit on your account to use on a future appointment.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling within 24 hours 25% fee.
- No show 50% fee.

If you need to cancel outside of business hours, you can leave a voicemail or send an email to info@indulgebeauty.co.nz or contact us on social media.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Vouchers are valid until the expiry date shown. If a voucher is presented after it has expired, we will do our best to honour it. For service-based vouchers, any price increases that have occurred since the expiry date may be required to be paid at the time of booking. For vouchers with a dollar value, we are generally happy to accept them beyond the expiry date, provided it is within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that Indulge Beauty Therapy is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers, and we are unable to replace them if misplaced.
All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
